Everything we do at Divine is driven by our mission: To grow a successful global farmer-owned chocolate company using the amazing power of chocolate to delight and engage, & bring people together to create dignified trading relations, thereby empowering producers & consumers.

We’re passionate about creating a range of exceptional products to delight chocolate lovers everywhere, while our business model ensures four income streams go to the 80,000 cocoa farmer members of Kuapa Kokoo co-operative in Ghana who own 44% of the company. Consumers have a delicious choice that can really make a difference, and in turn farmers are empowered to invest in their families, farms, communities and business.  Kuapa Kokoo has been able to fund community projects, as well as improving farming skills and ensuring women have opportunities to be economically independent and take leading roles within the co-op. Owning their own chocolate company has given farmers a real voice in the global chocolate industry, and together Divine and Kuapa Kokoo are championing the need for fair remuneration for farmers in order to ensure the future sustainability of the world’s cocoa supply.
