The business is 100% carbon neutral – and by that they mean all products and the company itself. They constantly develop new ways to reduce overall impact, including developing the lightest weight clear bottles on the market (Ethical Glass) and using recycled materials.
Belu is the exclusive bottled water partner of WaterAid, giving all their profits to the charity. Over 650 million people live without safe water, but Belu believes access to safe water is a human right and support WaterAid’s goal to eradicate water poverty by 2030.
The partnership began in 2011 when they pledged to give WaterAid £1m by 2020. They have achieved this milestone five years early and have now donated over £1m to WaterAid, transforming the lives of over 66,000 people.
